Method of Resetting the Password of the ATIC Administrator (For V500R001C20 and Earlier Versions Only)
This method does not apply to ATIC V500R001C50 and later versions.
This method applies only to versions earlier than ATIC V500R001C00 and V500R001C20SPC502.
Log in to the ATIC server remotely, choose Start > Run, enter CMD, run the CMD command, and run the following command to log in to the database:
cd /d
d:\vsm\mysql\bin\mysql -uddosatic -pAdmin_123
Run the following SQL command:
UPDATE lego.t_user SET user_pwd = '506480c51892ef862edc5f654204fab0b95a00699d7c9acea412278e6b95298d' WHERE user_name = 'admin';
After the SQL command in the preceding figure is executed, use the password Huawei@123 to log in to the ATIC page, and change the password to the desired one.
