ATIC Startup Fails
Troubleshooting Procedure
- Try to start the ATIC again. If the startup fails, go to the next step.
- Check whether the MySQL service properly starts.
- Check whether the three ATIC back-end services (LEGOMonitor, LEGOService, and LEGOWebService) properly start. If any of the services does not start, manually restart it.
If the restart fails, check whether other programs use ATIC key ports. A common fault is that the Windows IIS service uses port 8080 or 443. Run the netstat –aon command to view the port usage.
- Check whether the collector service starts properly. If no, manually restart it.
- If the problem persists, the server may be infected by a virus or non-friendly software modifies the ATIC. In this case, contact Huawei engineers for fault locating and analysis.
