Login Fails
Troubleshooting Procedure
- For the first startup after the installation, wait for 5 minutes (system initialization) and log in again.
- For the first startup after the upgrade installation, clear the browser's cache.
- Check whether the server IP address has been changed. If the IP address was changed not using the ATIC configuration tool, the login will fail. Use the ATIC built-in configuration tool to change the IP address.
- Check whether the hard disk is full and whether the ATIC service has properly started according to step 2.1.1.
- Check the server IP address configuration. The IPv6 and tunnel-related configuration must be disabled.
If the tunnel adapter has started, run the following commands to disable IPv6-enabled interfaces:
netsh interface teredo set state disable netsh interface 6to4 set state disabled netsh interface isatap set state disabled
