Table 5-4 lists the frequency bands and maximum transmit power supported by the bluetooth function on eSpace 7950.

Enabling Bluetooth

You can perform the following steps to enable Bluetooth:

  1. On the home screen, choose Apps > System > Bluetooth.

    The Bluetooth screen is displayed.

    If the Bluetooth configuration item is not displayed, contact your system administrator.

  2. Press Enable.

Pairing Bluetooth Device

After you enable Bluetooth, you can perform the following steps to pair a Bluetooth device with the phone:

  1. On the home screen, choose Apps > System > Bluetooth.

    The Bluetooth screen is displayed.

  2. Press Search.

    Before the phone searches for Bluetooth devices, ensure that Bluetooth is enabled for the device to be paired.

  3. Select the Bluetooth device to pair and press Connect.

    The default password for pairing a Bluetooth device is 1234 on the IP phone. If the password of your Bluetooth device to pair is not 1234, enter the actual password in the Bluetooth Match Request dialog box that is displayed on the IP phone, and press Match for a re-connection.

    When the pairing succeeds, the paired Bluetooth device becomes connected to the phone.

Disabling Bluetooth

You can perform the following steps to disable Bluetooth:

  1. On the home screen, choose Apps > System > Bluetooth.

    The Bluetooth screen is displayed.

  2. Select Bluetooth and press Disable.
