The malicious call identification (MCID) function allows you to identify an incoming call as a malicious one.

The called party control function conflicts with the MCID function. Before using the MCID function, ensure that your account has been assigned the MCID service rights and has the called party control function disabled. For any questions, contact your system administrator.

If you consider an incoming call as a malicious one, press MCID.

In the IMS network environment, the MCID softkey is not displayed. You can place the call on hold and dial an access code to identify the call as a malicious one.
