Voicemail
The voicemail function allows the calling party to leave voice messages so that you will not miss any calls.
Prerequisites
- Your account has configured the Voicemail service on the server and enabled the Voicemail service on the phone.
- To use the call forwarding to voice mailbox service, ensure that your account has enabled the call forwarding to voice mailbox service on the phone and has set and enabled the forwarded-to voice mailbox. For details, see Call Forward.
- To use the One Button to Voicemail service, ensure that your account has enabled the One Button to Voicemail service on the phone. For details, see One Button to Voicemail.
Using Voicemail
When the phone has unread voice messages, the number of unread voice messages is displayed on the Message icon on the home screen and the MWI LED blinks every 3 seconds.
This function involves personal data. When using this function, comply with local laws and regulations, and take sufficient measures to protect personal data.

Query voice messages |
Press the Message button or select Message in the main window and press OK. The Voicemail screen is displayed. You can query the number of unread voice messages and the number of total voice messages for the corresponding account of your phone. |
Listen to voice messages |
Select a voice message and press Call. Listen to the voice message as prompted. |

The phone supports a maximum of 256 voice messages, and you can query the information about a maximum of 40 voice messages at a time. |
Listen to voice messages |
Select a voice message and press Play. NOTE:
Ensure that your phone does not have any ongoing call when you are listening to voice messages. When a voice message is being played, you can perform the following operations:

Call back |
Select a voice message and press Call Back to call the number that leaves the voice message. NOTE:
You can also choose More > Edit Redial to edit the number and place a call. |
Forward voice messages |

Delete voice messages |
Select a voice message and choose More > Delete. After you confirm your delete operation, the phone deletes the voice message. |
Clear voice messages |
Choose More > More > Clear. After you confirm your clear operation, the phone clears the voice messages for the account in use. |
