Usage Guidelines

  • Do not use this command without R&D engineers' guidance. This command can be used to delete the HyperMetro configuration only when a HyperMetro database is incorrect and the HyperMetro cannot be deleted on the CLI. Do not use this command in other scenarios.
  • This command must be used with the "delete hyper_metro_rsstype", "delete hyper_metro_dcl", and "delete hyper_metro_log" commands. Restart the system after running the commands.

Example

Delete the database information on LUN "0" about the HyperMetro pair whose HyperMetro database index is "0", service database index is "0", and DS ID is "0".

developer:/>delete hyper_metro_pair db local_pair_id=0 db_index=0 svc_db_index=0 lun_id=0
DANGER: You are about to forcibly maintain the HyperMetro configuration. This operation will make the corresponding value-added pair unavailable.
This operation enables you to forcibly delete a single configuration item of HyperMetro if HyperMetro objects cannot be deleted properly.
Suggestion: Before performing this operation, contract R&D engineers and confirm the following:
1. The system is not being configured by other users.
2. Host I/Os of HyperMetro LUNs or file system have been stopped.
3. The entered parameter values are correct.
You need to perform this operation under the guidance of R&D engineers.
