add remote_device white_list

Function

The add remote_device white_list command is used add a white list of heterogeneous disk arrays.

Format

add remote_device white_list vendor=? product_id=? asl_id=? path_selector=? fail_back=? fail_over=?

vendor=?

Indicates the vendor name.

The value consists of 1 to 8 characters. Use asterisks (*) to replace spaces.

product_id=?

Indicates the product model.

The value consists of 1 to 16 characters. Use asterisks (*) to replace spaces.

path_selector=?

Indicates the algorithm used by a disk array to select a path.

The value can be "FIX", "ROUND_ROBIN", or "LEAST_QUEUE".

fail_back=?

Indicates the failback mode.

The value can be "FAILBACK_IMMEDIAT", "NOT_FAILBACK", or "DELAY_FAILBACK", where,

  • FAILBACK_IMMEDIATE: Failback will be performed immediately.
  • NOT_FAILBACK: Failback will not be performed.
  • DELAY_FAILBACK: Failback will be postponed.

fail_over=?

Indicates whether to enable failover.

The value can be "ENABLE" or "DISABLE", where,

  • ENABLE: to enable failover.
  • DISABLE: to disable failover.

asl_id=?

Indicates the ID of the support library of heterogeneous disk arrays.

The value is an integer between 1 and 1023.
