add hypervault remote_resource

Function

The add hypervault remote_resource command is used to add the remote backup function of HyperVault.

Format

add hypervault remote_resource hypervault_id=? remote_device_id=? remote_fs_id=? [ recover_policy=? ] [ backup_rate=? ] [ restore_rate=? ] [ start_backup_after_create=? ] [ compress_enable=? ]

hypervault_id=?

ID of the HyperVault object.

To obtain the value, run the "show hypervault general" command without parameters.

remote_device_id=?

ID of the remote device.

To obtain the value, run the "show remote_device general" command.

remote_fs_id=?

ID of the remote file system.

To obtain the value, run the "show file_system general" command without parameters on the remote device.

recover_policy=?

Error rectifying policy.

The value is "automatic" or "manual", where:

  • "automatic": The HyperVault will automatically recover, and data will be automatically backup from the primary device to the secondary device.
  • "manual": The HyperVault needs to be recovered manually. Data will not be automatically backup from the primary device to the secondary device.

The default value is "manual".

backup_rate=?

Backup rate.

The value is "low", "middle", "high", or "highest", where:

  • "low": slow backup speed.
  • "middle": medium backup speed.
  • "high": fast backup speed.
  • "highest": the fastest backup speed.

The default value is "middle".

restore_rate=?

Restoration rate.

The value is "high" or "highest", where:

  • "high": fast restore speed.
  • "highest": the fastest restore speed.

The default value is "high".

start_backup_after_create=?

Whether to immediately start backup after a remote replication job is created.

The value is "yes" or "no", where:

  • "yes": to start the initial backup.
  • "no": not to start the initial backup.

The default value is "yes".

compress_enable

Whether to enable compress.

The value can be "yes" or "no", where:

  • yes: enables compress.
  • no: disables compress.

Create a remote backup function for HyperVault "8675433423". The remote device ID is "0", and remote file system ID is "1".
