change cache dsgact_concur


The change cache dsgact_concur command is used to set the concurrent number of requests for cache global object cache flushing.


change cache dsgact_concur cache_layer=? concur_type=? reqnum=? pagenum=?






Cache layer.

The value can be "volume_cache" or "stripe_cache", where:

  • "volume_cache": layer-1 cache or volume cache.
  • "stripe_cache": layer-2 cache or stripe cache.


Type of concurrent requests.

The value can be "normal", "write_through", or "all", where:

  • "normal": normal cache flushing.
  • "write_through": write-through cache flushing.
  • "all": all types of cache flushing.


Number of concurrent pages.

The value ranges from 1 to 262,1440.

The value indicates the number of concurrent cache flushing pages.


Number of concurrent requests.

The value ranges from 1 to 8192.

The value indicates the number of concurrent cache flushing requests.

Usage Guidelines

Set the actual number of concurrent requests and pages for cache flushing of layer-1 or layer-2 cache global objects.


Set the number of concurrent requests for stripe cache global objects' normal cache flushing and write-through cache flushing to "32" and "65535" respectively.
