Function

The change file_system_tier_task command is used to change a tiering task.

file_system_id

File system ID.

0 to 65535.

switch

Whether the tiering function is enabled.

The value can be "enable" or "disable", where:

  • "enable": The tiering function is enabled.
  • "disable": The tiering function is disabled.

background_compression_enabled

Indicates whether to enable the background compression function.

The value can be "yes" or "no", where:

  • "yes": to enable the background compression function.
  • "no": not to enable the background compression function.

The default value is "no".

background_dedup_enabled

Indicates whether to enable the background deduplication function.

The value can be "yes" or "no", where:

  • "yes": to enable the background deduplication function.
  • "no": not to enable the background deduplication function.

The default value is "no".

schedule_type

Schedule type.

The value can be "frequency", "immediately", "weekly", or "automatically", where:

  • "frequency": periodic task scan.
  • "immediately": immediately executed task scan.
  • "weekly": weekly task scan.
  • "automatically": automatically executed task scan.

period

Period of a periodic task scan.

1 to 30 days.

start_time

Start time of a periodic task scan.

The value is in the format of hh:mm and ranges from 00:00 to 23:59.

duration

Duration of a periodic task scan.

The value is in the format of hh:mm and ranges from 00:30 to 24:00, or is until_relocation_completes.

immediately_duration

Duration of an immediately executed task scan.

The value is in the format of hhh:mm and ranges from 00:30 to 168:00, or is until_relocation_completes.

monday_enable

Whether to scan tasks on Monday.

The value can be "enable" or "disable", where:

  • "enable": scans tasks on Monday.
  • "disable": does not scan tasks on Monday.

monday_start_time

Start time of scanning tasks on Monday.

The value is in the format of hh:mm and ranges from 00:00 to 23:59.

monday_duration

Duration of scanning tasks on Monday.

The value is in the format of hh:mm and ranges from 00:30 to 24:00.

tuesday_enable

Whether to scan tasks on Tuesday.

The value can be "enable" or "disable", where:

  • "enable": scans tasks on Tuesday.
  • "disable": does not scan tasks on Tuesday.

tuesday_start_time

Start time of scanning tasks on Tuesday.

The value is in the format of hh:mm and ranges from 00:00 to 23:59.

tuesday_duration

Duration of scanning tasks on Tuesday.

The value is in the format of hh:mm and ranges from 00:30 to 24:00.

wednesday_enable

Whether to scan tasks on Wednesday.

The value can be "enable" or "disable", where:

  • "enable": scans tasks on Wednesday.
  • "disable": does not scan tasks on Wednesday.

Start time of scanning tasks on Wednesday.

The value is in the format of hh:mm and ranges from 00:00 to 23:59.

Whether to scan tasks on Thursday.

The value is in the format of hh:mm and ranges from 00:00 to 23:59.

friday_enable

Whether to scan tasks on Friday.

The value can be "enable" or "disable", where:

  • "enable": scans tasks on Friday.

friday_duration

force_relocate_to_hdd_file_lower_limit_size

Minimum size of a file forcibly relocated to HDDs.

  • The value is in the format of "capacity value + unit" or is "clear". The unit can be MB, GB, or TB.
  • The value ranges from 1 to 4,294,967,295 MB, 1 to 4,294,967,295 GB, or 1 to 1024 TB.
  • "clear" indicates clearing previous settings.

relocate_to_ssd_file_higher_limit_size

Maximum size of a file relocated to SSDs.

  • The value is in the format of "capacity value + unit". The unit can be KB, MB, or GB.
  • The value ranges from 1 to 4,294,967,295 KB, 1 to 4,294,967,295 MB, 1 to 4,294,967,295 GB.

ssd_capacity_upper_limit_of_user_data

Maximum SSD capacity of user data.

  • The value is in the format of "capacity value + unit". The unit can be MB, GB, TB, or Blocks.
  • The value ranges from 1 GB to the total capacity of the file system.
  • One block equals 512 bytes.

ssd_high_water_level

High watermark of SSDs.

The value is an integer from 1 to 100.

ssd_low_water_level

Low watermark of SSDs.

The value is an integer from 1 to 100.

snapshot_occupied_ssd_max_ratio

Upper limit of the SSD capacity exclusively occupied by snapshots.

The value is an integer from 1 to 100.

ssd_free_space

Free SSD capacity.

  • The value is in the format of "capacity value + unit". The unit can be MB, GB, or TB.
  • The value ranges from 1 to 4,294,967,295 MB, 1 to 4,294,967,295 GB, or 1 to 1024 TB.

force_initial_distribute_policy

Whether to forcibly use the initial allocation policy of a file system.

The value can be "enable" or "disable", where:

  • "enable": forcibly uses the initial allocation policy of a file system.
  • "disable": does not forcibly use the initial allocation policy of a file system.
