cache.sh

Function

The cache.sh command is used to run commands related to the Cache module.

Format

cache.sh { -h | -a | showcoffer | clearcoffer | showdirtydata}

Parameters

Displays status of the coffer.

Clears data in the coffer.

Shows cache dirty data distribution.

Usage Guidelines

  • cache.sh showcoffer: displays status of the coffer.
  • cache.sh clearcoffer: clears data in the coffer.
  • cache.sh showdirtydata: shows cache dirty data distribution.
NOTE:

When the data is written to the coffer, do not run the "cache.sh clearcoffer" command. Otherwise, coffer data may be lost.

Example

  • Display functions of each subcommand of the Cache module.
    Storage: minisystem> cache.sh -a 
    cache.sh showcoffer                       : show coffer information. 
    cache.sh clearcoffer                      : clear cache coffer. 
    cache.sh showdirtydata                    : show cache dirty data distribution.
  • Display status of the coffer.
    storage: minisystem> cache.sh showcoffer
