Configuration type.

The value can be "global_cfg_switch_lun_num", "global_cfg_bonus_cache_num", or "global_cfg_display_controller_enable", where:

  • "global_cfg_switch_lun_num": number of LUNs switched concurrently.
  • "global_cfg_bonus_cache_num": number of bonus caches.
  • "global_cfg_display_controller_enable":whether to display the owning controller of a LUN.

value=?

Configuration value.

  • When the field is "global_cfg_switch_lun_num", the value ranges from 1 to 100, where the default value is 100.
  • When the field is "global_cfg_bonus_cache_num", the value ranges from 20000 to 40000000. The default value varies with the array model.
  • When the field is "global_cfg_display_controller_enable", the value can be "on" or "off", where the default value is "on".

check_slow_fs_switch=?

Switch of detecting file systems that have long processing latency.

The value can be "on" or "off", where:

  • "on": enables the detection function.
  • "off": disables the detection function.

thin_alloc_min_capacity=?

Minimum value for the thin LUN space allocation policy.

The value ranges from 0 to 549755813887 (unit: sector). The default value is 41943040.

thin_alloc_max_capacity=?

Maximum value for the thin LUN space allocation policy.

The value ranges from 1 to 549755813888 (unit: sector). The default value is 104857600.

defrag_action=?

Thin LUN space defrag action.

The value is "start" or "stop", where:

  • "start": Thin LUN space defrag will be started.
  • "stop": Thin LUN space defrag will be stopped.

defrag_all_lun=?

Whether to defrag all thin LUNs. When this switch is enabled, the space defrag switch on LUNs can be ignored. When this switch is disabled, the status is determined by the space defrag switch on LUNs.

The value is "yes" or "no", where:

  • "yes": The switch of defragging all thin LUNs will be turned on.
  • "no": The switch of defragging all thin LUNs will be turned off.

defrag_start_time=?

Start time of thin LUN space defrag.

The value is in the format of HH:MM. The value ranges from 00:00 to 23:59.

defrag_duration=?

Duration of thin LUN space defrag.

The value is in the format of HH:MM. The value ranges from 00:30 to 24:00.

defrag_threshold=?

Threshold of thin LUN space defrag.

The value ranges from 2097152 to 549755813888 (unit: sector). The default value is 419430400.

defrag_grain_num=?

Number of defragged grains in each thin LUN space defragment.

The value ranges from 1 to 32. The default value is 16.

access_snapshot_enable=?

Switch for enabling or disabling the function that any directory can access snapshots.

The value is "yes" or "no" ("no" is the default value), where:

  • "yes": To enable the function that any directory can access snapshots.
  • "no": Not to enable the function that any directory can access snapshots.

The system default value is yes.

alternate_data_streams_enable=?

Switch for enabling or disabling the alternate data streams function in a file system.

The value is "yes" or "no" ("no" is the default value), where:

  • "yes": To enable the alternate data streams function.
  • "no": Not to enable the alternate data streams function.

pool_overcommit_alarm_enable=?

Switch for reporting alarms when the total subscribed capacity of file systems in a storage pool exceeds the storage pool capacity. Alarms can be reported after the switch is turned on.

The value is "yes" or "no", where:

  • "yes": To enable the alarms of capacity.
  • "no": Not to enable alarms of capacity.

The system default value is no.

unmap_high_water_level=?

High water level of LUN possession.

The value ranges from 1 to 100.

unmap_low_water_level=?

Low water level of LUN possession.

The value ranges from 1 to 100.

unmap_max_delay_time=?

Maximum delay of the unmap command.

The value ranges from 100 to 5000 (unit: ms).

unmap_ctrl_switch=?

Switch for the unmap command overload control.

The value is "on" or "off", where:

  • "on": To enable the unmap overload control.
  • "off": Not to enable the unmap overload control.

dir_size_mode_enable=?

Control switch of the directory attribute.

The value can be "yes" or "no", where:

  • "yes": The size field in the queried directory attribute indicates the physical size of the directory.
  • "no": The size field in the queried directory attribute indicates the number of files under the directory.

The default value is "no".

data_preread_enable=?

Switch for the file system preread.

The value is "yes" or "no", where:

  • "yes": To enable the file system preread.
  • "no": Not to enable the file system preread.

The system default value is no.

max_preread_num=?

Maximum concurrent number of the file system preread.

The value ranges from 200 to 2000.

fill_zero_switch=?

Switch for filling the page with zero when CRC or BST errors occur in reading I/Os.

The value can be "on" or "off", where:

  • "on": turns on the switch for filling the page with zero.
  • "off": turns off the switch for filling the page with zero.

check_slow_lun_switch=?

Switch of detecting LUNs that have long processing latency.

The value can be "on" or "off", where:

  • "on": enables the detection function.
  • "off": disables the detection function.

async_delete_optimization_enable=?

Switch of optimizing the asynchronous deletion function.

The value can be "yes" or "no", where:

  • "yes": enables the switch of optimizing the asynchronous deletion function.
  • "no": does not enable the switch of optimizing the asynchronous deletion function.

The system default value is "no".

worm_scan_fs_num=?

Number of WORM file systems concurrently scanned in the background.

The value ranges from 0 to 8192.

The system default value is 16.

worm_scan_file_num=?

Number of files scanned by a single WORM file system.

The value ranges from 100 to 30000

The system default value is 100.

space_exhaust_protect_enable=?

Switch of space exhaustion protection for file systems.

The value can be "yes" or "no", where:

  • "yes": enables space exhaustion protection for file systems.
  • "no": disables space exhaustion protection for file systems.

The default value is "no".

io_timeout_failover_enable=?

Failover switch for the I/O timeout.

The value can be "yes" or "no", where:

  • "yes": A HyperMetro pair handles the file system I/O timeout.
  • "no": A HyperMetro pair does not handle the file system I/O timeout.

The default value is "yes".

max_async_delete_task_num=?

Maximum number of asynchronous deletion tasks.

The value ranges from 1 to 64.

meta_reserve_percent=?

Percentage of reserved metadata space for file systems.

The value ranges from 0 to 20.

The default value is 0.

dir_qtree_enable=?

Switch for enabling or disabling the directory quota tree function.

The value is "yes" or "no", where:

  • "yes": enables the directory quota tree function.
  • "no": disables the directory quota tree function.

The default value is "no".
