Preparations for Installation
Preparations before installing devices include preparing tools and meters, checking the installation environment, and unpacking and checking goods. Sufficient preparation ensures a safe and proper installation.
- Before mounting a device into the cabinet, do not move the device without using original packaging materials provided by Huawei. Do not install the device in a third-party cabinet and transport it.
- If you need to move a device to a different equipment room after unpacking, pack the device with the original packaging materials provided by Huawei.
- Packed devices can be stored for a maximum of six months. After being unpacked, the devices must be powered on within seven days.
