This document is applicable to OceanStor 2200 V3, 2600 V3, 5300 V3, 5500 V3, 5600 V3, 5800 V3, 6800 V3, 18500 V3, and 18800 V3. This document describes the implementation principles and application scenarios of the HyperMirror feature. Also, it explains how to configure and manage HyperMirror.

Viewing Information About HyperMirrors

This operation allows you to view the basic information about HyperMirrors.

Prerequisites

At least one HyperMirror has been created in the system.

Procedure

  1. Log in to DeviceManager.
  2. Choose Data Protection > HyperMirror.
  3. In the left information pane, view information about HyperMirrors. Table 2-2 describes related parameters.

    • The name contains letters, digits, underscores (_), periods (.), and hyphens (-).

    Health Status

    Status of a HyperMirror. The value can be Normal, Degraded, or Faulty.
