The array cannot upload Call Home data.

Possible Causes

  • The Call Home certificate is invalid or does not exist.
  • The proxy server is incorrectly configured.
  • The DNS service is not configured.
  • The Call Home service authentication has become invalid.


  1. In Credential Management, check whether the certificate of the Call Home service does not exist or expires.

    1. If yes=> Step5.
    2. If no=> Step2.

  2. Check whether the proxy server is correctly configured.

    1. If no, reconfigure the proxy server.
    2. If yes=> Step3.

  3. Check whether the DNS service is configured.

    1. If no, configure the DNS service.
    2. If yes=> Step4.

  4. Re-authenticate the Call Home service.
  5. Collect related information and contact technical support engineers.
