Possible Causes

  • The interface module is removed without following the correct procedure.
  • The interface module is damaged.


  1. Check whether the interface module is removed based on the correct hot swap procedure.

    1. If yes=> Step2.
    2. If no, reinsert the interface module. If the system is still unable to identify the interface module, restart related controllers. If the alarm persists=> Step2.

  2. Check whether alarms on the interface module faults are generated.

    1. If yes, replace the faulty interface module. If the alarm persists=> Step3.
    2. If no=> Step3.

  3. Collect all related information and contact technical support engineers.
