Possible Causes

  • The arbitration scenario certificate of the storage array has expired or been revoked.
  • The arbitration scenario certificate of the storage array fails to be authenticated.
  • The arbitration scenario certificate of the quorum server has expired or been revoked.
  • The arbitration scenario certificate of the quorum server fails to be authenticated.

Procedure

  1. Check whether the system time on the storage array and the quorum server is the current time.

    1. If yes=> Step2.
    2. If no, set the system time to the current time, and ensure that both the storage array and the quorum server are in current time. If the alarm persists=> Step2.

  2. Run show certificate general on the storage array to check the validity of the certificate.

    1. If yes=> Step3
    2. If no, run export tls_cert to export the certificate, and request for a CA-signed certificate. Run import tls_cert to import the obtained CA-signed certificate and the application certificate to the storage array. If the alarm persists=> Step3.

  3. Run show tls_cert on the service port of the quorum server to check whether the certificate is valid.

    1. If yes=> Step4
    2. If no, run export tls_cert to export the certificate, and request for a CA-signed certificate. Run import tls_cert to import the obtained CA certificate and the application certificate to the quorum server. If the alarm persists=> Step4.

  4. Collect related information and contact technical support engineers.
