Possible Causes

The normal charge temperature for a lithium battery is 0°C to 450°C. If the ambient temperature exceeds the upper threshold during charge of the lithium battery, the system generates a high charge temperature alarm.

Procedure

  1. Check whether the air vent for the lithium battery is blocked and whether the fans are running normally. Fix the problem (if any) to ensure that fans are running normally.
  2. Contact technical support personnel.
