Possible Causes

Procedure

  1. Run the display Eth-Trunk [ trunk-id ] command to check whether the value of WorkingMode is NORMAL.

    • If the value of WorkingMode is NORMAL, go to 2.

    • If the value of WorkingMode is not NORMAL, go to 3.

  2. Check whether member interfaces use the same type and rate.

    • For electrical interfaces, if rates are manually configured and different, reconfigure the rates. If rates are not configured manually, go to 3.

    • For optical interfaces, if rates are manually configured and different or optical modules are of different types, reconfigure the rates or replace optical modules. If rates are not configured manually, go to 3.

  3. Contact technical support personnel.
