Procedure

  1. Check whether the configuration file exists on the device.

    • If the configuration file does not exist, download a configuration file from the server.

    • If the configuration file exists, go to Step 2.

  2. Check whether the length of the configuration file name is valid.

    • Check whether the length of the file name with the full path name exceeds 48 English characters. If the length exceeds 48 English characters, run the rename command to rename the file.

    • If the length is valid, go to Step 3.

  3. Collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
  4. End.
