Resetting LDP

Context

  • Resetting LDP may temporarily affect the reestablishment of the LSP. Exercise caution when you reset LDP.

  • Resetting LDP is prohibited during the LDP GR.

Procedure

  • Run the reset mpls ldp command to reset configurations of the global LDP instance in the user view.
  • Run the reset mpls ldp all command to reset configurations on all LDP instances in the user view.
  • Run the reset mpls ldp peer peer-id command to reset a specified peer in the user view.
