DLDP/4/GLOBAL_NB_FULL
Message
DLDP/4/GLOBAL_NB_FULL:New neighbor cannot be added, because the number of global neighbors has reached the upper limit (4096). (PortName=[STRING])
Description
Neighbors in the DLDP are generally direct-connection ports, and global neighbors refer to all neighbors on the equipment. The MAC address of the equipment and a port ID uniquely identify a neighbor. When the number of global neighbors reaches the upper limit (4096), no more neighbors can be added.
Possible Causes
The number of global neighbors exceeds the upper limit. The number of global neighbors ranges from 0 to 4096.
Procedure
- In any view, run the display dldp command to check whether
the number of global neighbors reaches the maximum value, that is, 4096.
1) Yes=>2.
2) No=>3.
- Disable the DLDP function of other ports so that the equipment automatically deletes the neighbors under the ports where the DLDP function is disabled, or do not process the log.
- Contact technical support personnel.
