Possible Causes
Reason 1:
The power off slot slot-id command is run to power off a board.
Reason 2:
After detecting that the power supply does not have enough power, the system powers off a board.
Procedure
- Check whether the board is powered off using the power off slot slot-id command for routine maintenance.
- If so, no action is required.
- If not, go to step 2.
- Check whether the board is powered off because of insufficient power based on the log ALML/4/POWER_LACK.
- If so, the alarm handling ends.
- If not, collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel. You can collect diagnostic information using the display diagnostic-information command.
