Possible Causes
- A board or a subcard is removed manually.
- The connection between a board or a subcard and the slot is loose.
Procedure
- Run the display device command to check whether the subcard or board is installed properly.
- If so, collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel. You can collect diagnostic information using the display diagnostic-information command.
- If not, go to step 2.
- Check whether the subcard or board is removed manually.
- If so, no action is required.
- If not, install the subcard or board again.
