Procedure
- Run the display css port command to view the CSS port status.
- If the CSS port status is up, go to step 3.
- If the CSS port status is down, go to step 2.
- Check the reason why the CSS port went physically Down. For details, see "An Ethernet Interface Is Physically Down" in the S7700 and S9700 V200R010C00 Troubleshooting - Interface Faults.
- The CSS port of this device became faulty or a software error occurred on the device. You need to collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.You can collect diagnostic information using the display diagnostic-information command.
