Possible Causes
The configuration failed because the size of the system file was inconsistent with that of the existing file.
Procedure
- Run the dir command to check whether
the size of the system file specified in the startup command is consistent with that of the system file on the main control
board.
- If the sizes of the system files are consistent, go to Step 3.
- If the sizes of the system files are inconsistent, go to Step 2.
- Delete the system file specified in the startup command from the relevant board and upload the file again. Then
run the startup command to set the system file
to be loaded at the next startup and check whether the configuration
succeeds.
- If the configuration succeeds, go to Step 4.
- If the configuration fails, go to Step 3.
- Run the display diagnostic-information command and save the command output; Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
