Procedure
- Run the display device command to check the status of the interface board when the event happens.
- If the interface board is restarting, this log is normal and does not need to be processed.
- If the interface board is in the running status, check whether the Ecm status of the interface board is normal. If not normal, collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
