Procedure

  1. Check whether the duplex half or auto duplex half command has been executed to set the operation mode to half duplex.

    • If so, the alarm handling ends.
    • If not, go to step 2.

  2. Run the shutdown and undo shutdown commands on this interface and then check whether the interface works in full duplex mode.

    • If so, the alarm handling ends.
    • If not, collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
