A board is abnormal and does not reset.


Parameter Name Parameter Meaning
[STRING1] Information about the entity that fails to be reset, including the board name, board type, and board slot ID.
[STRING2] Reason for reset failure of an entity.

Possible Causes

The board is reset abnormally and is not manually reset.


  1. Manually reset the board to determine whether it can register normally.
    • If so, the alarm handling ends.
    • If not, go to step 2.
  2. Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.You can collect diagnostic information using the display diagnostic-information command.
