DLDP/4/PORT_NB_FULL:New neighbor cannot be added, because the number of neighbors of the port has reached the upper limit (128). (PortName=[STRING])

Neighbors in the DLDP are generally direct-connection ports, and neighbors under a port refer to all neighbors under the port. The MAC address of the equipment and a port ID uniquely identify a neighbor. When the number of neighbors under a port reaches the upper limit (128), no more neighbors can be added.

Parameter Name Parameter Meaning
PortName Port name

Possible Causes

The number of neighbors under a port exceeds the upper limit. The number of neighbors ranges from 0 to 128.

  • Run the undo dldp enable command to disable DLDP on the interface where the topology information is not important to release the space to new neighbors.
  • Plan new neighbors on other switches.
