The service detected an IP address conflict.


Parameter Name Parameter Meaning


Indicates the address pool name.


Indicates the client MAC address.


Indicates the conflicting IP address.

Possible Causes

The service detected an IP address conflict.


  1. Run the display ip pool interface interface-pool-name used or display ip pool name ip-pool-name used command to check whether there is an entry corresponding to the client's MAC address in the list of used IP addresses in the command output.
    • If there is an entry corresponding to the client's MAC address, go to step 3.

    • If there is no entry corresponding to the client's MAC address, go to step 2.

  2. Collect log and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel. You can collect diagnostic information using the display diagnostic-information command.
  3. End.
