Possible Causes

  1. The number of files to be loaded exceeded 31.

  • For cause 1: The number of loaded files is recorded incorrectly. If the fault persists after a restart, contact engineers.
  • For cause 2: No action is required.
  • For cause 3: Check diagnostic logs on the device and rectify the fault accordingly.
  • For cause 4: Check whether the current card is installed properly. If so, check whether the card is reset. After this card is registered again, check the reset cause.
