When the VRRP status changed, the following information is logged, the interface name, status change, and reason of the status change.


Parameter Name Parameter Meaning

Possible Causes

Cause 1: The device or the link was faulty.

Cause 2: The device or the link was recovered.

Cause 3: The configuration changed.


  1. If the device was faulty, check the status of the interface configured with VRRP.
  2. If the link was faulty, check the status of the link configured with VRRP.
  3. If the device or the link was recovered, no action is required.
  4. If the configuration changed, check the VRRP configuration.
