hwIpMcastInterfaceTable

hwIpMcastInterfaceTable

This table is used to manage multicast operations on an interface.

The indexes of this table are hwIpMcastInterfaceIpVersion and hwIpMcastInterfaceIfIndex.

Description

Implemented Specifications

1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.149.1.1.1.3.1.1

hwIpMcastInterfaceIpVersion

InetVersion

Not-accessible

This object indicates the version of an IP address.

The value can be IPv4 or IPv6.

This object is implemented as defined in the corresponding MIB files.

1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.149.1.1.1.3.1.2

hwIpMcastInterfaceTtl

Unsigned32

Read-write

The value of this object identifies the TTL threshold configured on an interface.

Any IP multicast datagrams with a TTL (IPv4) or Hop Limit (IPv6) less than this threshold will not be forwarded out the interface.

The value ranges from 1 to 255.

The default value is 1, indicating that the interface forwards all multicast packets.

Currently, the value range of 1 to 255 is supported; the default value is 1.

1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.149.1.1.1.3.1.4

hwIpMcastInterfaceRateLimit

Unsigned32

Read-write

The value of this object identifies the multicast traffic forwarding rate on an interface, in kbit/s.

The value of this object is always 0.

The maximum access is read-only;

The value of this object is always 0.

1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.149.1.1.1.3.1.5

hwIpMcastInterfaceInMcastOctets

Counter64

read-only

The value of this object identifies the digits of multicast packets received by an interface.

The value of this object is always 0.

The value of this object is always 0.

1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.149.1.1.1.3.1.6

hwIpMcastInterfaceOutMcastOctets

The value of this object is always 0.

1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.149.1.1.1.3.1.9

hwIpMcastInterfaceDiscontinuityTime

TimeStamp

read-only

The value of this object identifies the system restoration time after entry counting is interrupted.

The value of this object is always 0.

The value of this object is always 0.

Creation Restriction

No entry can be created in this table.

Modification Restriction

When modifying this table, you must follow the following restriction:

The value range of hwIpMcastInterfaceTtl supported by the MIB protocol is 0 to 255 whereas the command line supports 1 to 255. Therefore, when hwIpMcastInterfaceTtl is set to 0, an error code is returned.

Deletion Restriction

The entries in this table cannot be deleted.

Access Restriction

The entries in this table can be read only when multicast is enabled.
