ALM-0x03000007 Power Supply Redundancy Lost (PSU, Major Alarm)
Description
Alarm message:
Lost power supply redundancy.
The alarm does not include the SN or BOM code of the component.
This alarm is generated when the number of present PSUs is less than that detected upon the first power-on.
Alarm object: PSU
Possible Causes
The PSU is removed during the running of the server.
- The PSU is loose during the running of the server.
- The PSU is faulty.
Procedure
- Check whether the PSU is not installed.
- Install a PSU. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared.
If yes, no further action is required.
If no, go to 3.
- Remove and reinstall the PSU. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared.
If yes, no further action is required.
If no, go to 4.
- Replace the PSU. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared.
If yes, no further action is required.
If no, go to 5.
- Contact technical support engineer.
