ALM-0x01000007 Memory VDDQ2 Undervoltage (Memory, Major Alarm)
Description
Alarm message:
CPU arg1 DIMM VDDQ2 voltage (arg2 V) is lower than the undervoltage threshold (arg3 V).
The alarm does not include the SN or BOM code of the component.
This alarm is generated when the voltage of the CPUarg1 DIMM VDDQ2 on the mainboard is lower than the undervoltage major threshold.
Alarm object: memory
Parameters
Name | Meaning |

arg3 |
Alarm threshold. |
Procedure
- Remove the DIMMs connected to the CPU one by one, and check whether the alarm is cleared.
Use the Computing Product Memory Configuration Assistant to obtain information about the mapping between CPUs and DIMMs.
- Replace the faulty DIMM. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared.
If yes, no further action is required.
If no, go to 4.
