How can I reset the password of recovery?


  1. Log in to the key management server web interface as a security officer.
  2. Choose Users > User List. In the user list, find the recovery whose password needs to be changed and click.

    The system displays the officer has sent the password reset request, as shown in Figure 3-96.

  3. Log out as the security officer and log in to the web interface of the key management server as the administrator.
  4. Choose Users > User List. In the user list, find the recovery and click.

    The Change User Password interface is displayed, as shown in Figure 3-97.

  5. Click Approve.

    The Users interface is displayed and a random new password for the recovery is generated, as shown in Figure 3-98.

  6. Record and save the new password.


    The recovery needs to log in to the management interface of the key management server with the new password. Change the password after using it to log in for the first time.
