Replacing a Wet Film Humidifier
Prerequisites
- A wet film humidifier needs to be replaced.
- A spare wet film humidifier of the same model is available and functional.
Context
The wet film humidifier can be maintained only from the rear door.
Procedure
- Tap Shutdown on the home screen of the controller. Turn off the active power switch QF1 and standby power switch QF2 (you do not need to turn on the standby switch QF2 for the model with a single power supply), and drive switch QF3.
Exercise caution because the device is still energized after it is shut down on the controller home screen.
- Open the rear door and remove the air filter.

- Hold the blue release sleeve and remove the water inlet pipe.
- Loosen the two captive nuts on one side of the wet film humidifier and remove the humidifier.
- Install the new wet film humidifier in the original position by performing the preceding steps in reverse order, secure the screws, and connect the hose.Figure 6-41 Install a wet film humidifier
Put the bottom of wet film humidifier into the installation position, and then put the top into the installation position. Fasten the two captive nuts.
- Install the air filter and close the rear door.
- Power on the device, choose on the home screen to access the performance maintenance screen, and clear the runtime of the humidifier.Figure 6-42 Performance maintenance
- Tap Start on the home screen and check that the smart cooling product is running properly and no alarm is generated.
