Wizard Startup
Context
Wizard startup allows for commissioning of components such as the indoor fan, electric heater, humidifier, condensate pump, and cooling system. It also supports component automatic operation and automatic device checking, and can output a commissioning report.
After you power on the smart cooling product for the first time, the Wizard Startup screen is displayed. If the smart cooling product is not started for the first time, choose to enter the Wizard Startup screen.
Tapping No or Exit, submission timeout, and system exception all result in commissioning failures. Choose to enter the Wizard Startup screen for new commissioning.
Procedure
- On the home screen, choose Figure 4-30. , as shown in
- For the initial wizard startup, Last Record is in gray, indicating that operation is not allowed.
- For a non-initial wizard startup, you can choose Last Record to view the last wizard startup report.
- Tap Yes. The screen for checking before startup is displayed, as shown in Figure 4-31.
If the remaining refrigerant is not charged, tap No. Complete refrigerant charging, and then perform the wizard commissioning.
- Tap Yes for check items one by one according to the prompt messages on the screen.
- Tap Yes and enter the screen where you select commissioning items, as shown in Figure 4-32.
- If the system is not configured with the electric heater and humidifier components, the electric heater and humidifier commissioning items will not appear on the screen.
- If the heating function and humidification function are disabled, you cannot select the electric heater and humidifier items.
- All the items are selected by default if you first enter the screen where you select commissioning items. Except that the indoor fan item is mandatory, you can clear other commissioning items that are not required.
- Tap Yes. A dialog box is displayed as follows. Choose whether to select Humidifier commissioning or not onsite.Figure 4-33 Dialog box
- Tap Confirm. The fan commissioning screen is displayed, as shown in Figure 4-34.
The fan commissioning item is mandatory. After commissioning a component succeeds, the system automatically performs commissioning for the next component you selected. If commissioning fails, startup wizard ends.
- After the fan commissioning, the electric heater commissioning screen is displayed.
If the software version is V200R001, use a clamp meter to measure the currents of cables L1, L2, and L3. (Measure the currents of main power for dual power supply.) Enter the measured values on the screen, and tap Submit within the time limit displayed on the screen. The controller automatically determines whether the current of the smart cooling product is within the normal range.

Enter the measured values on the screen, and tap Submit within the time limit displayed on the screen. The controller automatically determines whether the current of the smart cooling product is within the normal range.
Figure 4-37 Electric heater commissioning (X102)Figure 4-38 X102 current detection- If the current is within the normal range, the system automatically performs commissioning for the next component you selected.
- If the current is beyond the normal range, the system deems that the commissioning has failed.
- After the electric heater commissioning, the humidifier commissioning screen is displayed. Verify that the main water inlet valve is open. Check whether the humidifier pipes and the solenoid valve leak.
- If yes, select Leak, and tap Submit. The commissioning has failed. Locate and repair the leak points.
- If no, select No leak, and tap Submit within the time limit displayed on the screen.
Figure 4-39 Humidifier commissioning - After the humidifier commissioning, the condensate pump commissioning screen is displayed. Check whether the condensate pump vibrates and generates operating sound.
- If yes, select Yes, and tap Submit within the time limit displayed on the screen.
- If no, select No, and tap Submit. The commissioning has failed. Locate and rectify the faults of the condensate pump.
Figure 4-40 Condensate pump commissioning - After the condensate pump commissioning, the cooling system commissioning screen is displayed. Check whether the electric heating belt is firmly attached to the compressor outer wall and whether there is noticeable temperature rise by touching the belt surface.
- If yes, select Yes, and tap Submit within the time limit displayed on the screen.
- If no, select No, and tap Submit. The commissioning has failed. Locate and repair the faults of the electric heating belt.

- Figure 4-42 is displayed if component commissioning succeeds.
- Figure 4-43 is displayed if component commissioning fails, which ends startup wizard commissioning.
- If commissioning fails, tap Commissioning failed. on the screen shown in Figure 4-43 to view the details, as shown in Figure 4-44.
- After the fault is cleared, choose to enter the wizard startup screen for new commissioning.
