Replacing an LCD
Prerequisites
- An LCD needs to be replaced.
- A spare LCD with the correct software version is available. If the LCD software is incorrect, upgrade the software by following the instructions in the ACC VxxxRxxxCxxxSPCxxx Software Upgrade Guide.
- Tool: Phillips screwdriver
Procedure
- Tap Shutdown on the ACC home screen.
Exercise caution because the NetCol5000-A is still energized when it is being shut down on the LCD.
- Open the front door and disconnect cables.Figure 6-52 Disconnecting cables
- Hold the LCD screen from the front, remove the four screws from the screen using a Phillips screwdriver, and then remove the LCD screen, as shown in Figure 6-53.
- Secure the spare LCD screen to the original position on the front door using a Phillips screwdriver.Figure 6-54 Installing an LCD
- Connect the cables to the LCD and close the front door.Figure 6-55 Connecting cables
- Power on the device and tap Start on the home screen. Ensure that the smart cooling product is running properly without any alarms.
