Replacing a Relay
Prerequisites
- A relay needs to be replaced. For the position of the relay, see A Electric Control Box Layout.
- A spare relay of the same model is available and functional.
- Tool: Phillips screwdriver
Procedure
- On the controller home screen, tap Shutdown and switch off the smart cooling product circuit breakers in the PDF.
Exercise caution because the device is still energized after it is shut down on the controller home screen.
- Open the rear door and remove the air filter.
- Remove the relay cables, push the buckle on the relay mounting base, and pull out the relay.Figure 6-65 Removing a relay
- Install a new relay onto the relay mounting base in the correct direction, clamp the buckle at the new relay, and install the cables.Figure 6-66 Installing a relay
- Power on the smart cooling product and verify that no alarm is generated.
- Install the air filter and close the rear door.
