Procedure

  1. 1. Check whether both OSPF_1.3.6.1.2.1.14.16.2.2 ospfNbrStateChange and OSPF_1.3.6.1.2.1.14.16.2.16ospfIfStateChange alarms are generated.

    • If yes, locate the fault according to the trap message.
    • If not, go to Step 2.

  2. Run the display ip routing-table command and check whether information about the routing table changes.

    • If information about the routing table does not change, go to Step 3.
    • If information about the routing table changes, check the reason and go to Step 3.

  3. Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel technical support personnel.
  4. End.
