Impact on the System

VMs cannot obtain any policy, which affects service operating.

Possible Causes

The RADIUS server was incorrectly configured.

Procedure

  • Run the display radius server configuration command to check whether the RADIUS server is correctly configured.

    • If the RADIUS server is correctly configured, go to Step 2.

    • If the RADIUS server is incorrectly configured, modify the configuration and check whether the VMs can obtain policies. If the fault persists, go to Step 2.

  • Run the vm-manager command to enter the VM management view. Run the display this command to check whether group-name set in the radius server group (VM management view) group-name command in the VM management view is the same as that in the display radius server configuration command output.

    • If they are different, run the radius server group (VM management view) group-name command in the VM management view to configure the same template name as that in the display radius server configuration command output.

    • If they are the same, go to Step 3.

  • Collect the trap information and contact technical support personnel.
