Powering On or Off a Subcard

Context

When a subcard is idle, you can power off the subcard without affecting services to ensure stable system operation and save energy.

NOTE:

Only the CE8860EI supports this function.

Procedure

  1. (Optional) Run display device card

    The subcard status is displayed.

  2. Power on or off a subcard.

    • Run power on slot slot-id card card-id

      The specified subcard is powered on.

    • Run power off slot slot-id card card-id

      The specified subcard is powered off.
