Configuring ARP-Ping
Pre-configuration Tasks
ARP-Ping includes ARP-Ping IP and ARP-Ping MAC. ARP-Ping sends ARP Request packets or ICMP Echo Request packets to check whether a specified IP address or MAC address is used. Before configuring ARP-Ping, complete the following task:
Configuring link layer protocol parameters and IP addresses for interfaces to ensure that the link layer protocol status of the interfaces is Up.
