Description

WLAN/4/STATION_SIGNAL_STRENGTH_LOW_THAN_THRESHOLD_NOTIFY: OID [oid] Signal strength of the Station is lower than threshold. (APID=[INTEGER], STAMAC=[OPAQUE], APMAC=[OPAQUE], RadioID=[INTEGER], StaSignalStrength=[LONG], SignalStrengthThreshold=[LONG])

The AP reports this alarm when detecting that the signal strength of an STA is lower than the access limit threshold.

Attribute

Alarm ID Alarm Severity Alarm Type
1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.6.139.2.1.1.48 Warning communicationsAlarm(2)

STAMAC Indicates the MAC address of a wireless user.
APMAC Indicates the MAC address of an AP.
RadioID Indicates the radio ID.
StaSignalStrength Indicates the signal strength of an STA.
SignalStrengthThreshold Indicates the access signal strength threshold specified on an AP.

Impact on the System

This alarm affects the process for a user to go online.

Possible Causes
