Relationship Between Tables

Relationship Between Tables

Figure 165-1  Relationships between snmpTargetAddrTable and snmpTargetParamsTable

The index of snmpTargetAddrTable is snmpTargetAddrName. This table describes the destination IP addresses of the generated SNMP messages.

The index of snmpTargetParamsTable is snmpTargetParamsName. This table describes the SNMP parameters to be used when an SNMP message to the specified destination is generated.

The indexes of the two tables are the same. All the objects in the two table implement complete configurations of an alarm host. If only one table is set, the configurations of the alarm host do not take effect.
