This table is used to create restart instances. You can restart the system at a specified time or immediately. Using this table, you can configure information such as the configuration and image files of the restart, and restart time. This table does not support GET and GET-NEXT operations.

The index of this table is hwSysReloadScheduleIndex. The value of the index ranges from 1 to 2147483647.
