Collecting Logs Using FusionCare

Use FusionCare to collect system information, such as logs, to facilitate fault location. For details, see the FusionCare product documentation and online help.

You can obtain the FusionCare tool and product documentation as follows based on the version mapping:

For enterprise users, log in to http://support.huawei.com/enterprise. For carrier users, log in to http://support.huawei.com. Enter FusionTool in the search box, and click the path displayed below the search box to enter the product page. For enterprise users, click Software Download. For carrier users, click Software to search for and download the software of the correct version and their *.asc digital certificate files.
